Packing Pressure
If the drill node is connected to the CANbus, the current pressure applied to the packer gauge wheels will be
displayed at the bottom of the main display.
Touch the Packing Pressure display to access the Packing Pressure Information screen.
The following information and settings are displayed on the Packing Pressure Information screen:
Calibrate Sensor. Touch the Calibrate Sensor button to zero the packing system pressure. Zero the packing
pressure system with the openers raised and no force exerted on the packing wheels.
Actual Pressure Display. The actual value displayed is the pressure currently measured by the selected
pressure sensor.
Current PWM. Displays the current duty cycle of the hydraulic system.
Valve Type. Select the type of hydraulic control valve used to control the packing wheels.
Quick Dump Override Percent. Set the percentage above the target pressure at which the system will purge
hydraulic fluid back to tank.
Target Pressure. Set the target hydraulic pressure to be maintained for the packing wheel system.
Packing Pressure Control Mode. Select the mode for controlling hydraulic pressure for the packing wheels.
Use the arrow buttons on the right side of the display to manually increase or decrease the packing pressure.
Tool Bar Control Output. Select the outputs used to control tool bar hydraulic pressure functions.
