22.14.1 Internal ROM Area
In the masked ROM version, do not write to internal ROM area. Writing to the area may increase power
consumption.
22.14.2 Reserved Bit
The b3 to b0 in addresses 0FFFFF16 are reserved bits. Set these bits to 11112.
