Select the box in which you want
to store the file.
Note
❒
When there are pre-programmed
files, a file mark is displayed at
the end of the Box Name.
❒ A message is displayed, when
selecting a box with a file stored
in it. Press [Yes], when changing
the file name. The file stored
originally will be overwritten.
When a password is required
A Enter the password, and then
press [OK].
Note
❒ If you make a mistake, press
[Clear] or the {
{{
{Clear/Stop}
}}
} key
before pressing [OK], and
then try again.
❒ To cancel entering a pass-
word, press [Cancel]. The dis-
play returns to that of step

the scan settings you require.

• Book Fax
• Two-Sided Original (The op-
tional ADF is required.)
• Stamp (The optional ADF is
required.)
