Printing… Status A print job is printing.
Ready Status The printer is ready and able to print.
Remove Misfeed
Bypass
Error Paper has jammed feeding from the bypass tray
Remove the jammed paper.
Note: This is the result of a registration sensor late
error or registration sensor lag error.
Remove Misfeed
Duplex
Error Paper has jammed in the duplex unit. Open the duplex
unit and remove the jammed paper.
Note: This is the result of 1) Trailing edge sensor lag
error during either simplex or 2) Duplex printing,
registration sensor late error during duplex printing.

Output
Error Paper has jammed at the output tray. Remove the
jammed paper.

Top Cover
Error Paper has jammed under the top cover. Open the top
cover and remove the jammed paper.

Tray 1
Error Paper has jammed feeding from Tray 1 (registration
sensor late error). Remove the jammed paper.
Reset Duplex Unit

Error The duplex unit is not installed correctly. Remove it and
install it again.
Reset the cartridge Error No ink cartridge is installed, or the ink cartridge is not
installed properly.
Resetting job… Status The printer is re-initializing a print job. Please wait.
