3D glasses lenses
• Donotapplypressuretothelensesofthe3Dglasses.Also,donotdroporbendthe3Dglasses.
• Donotscratchthesurfaceofthelensesofthe3Dglasseswithapointedinstrumentorotherobject.Doingsomaydamage
the 3D glasses and reduce the quality of 3D images.
• Useonlyasoftclothtocleanthelenses.
3D glasses infrared receiver
• Donotallowtheinfraredreceivertobecomedirty,anddonotattachstickerstoorotherwisecovertheinfraredreceiver.Doing
somaypreventthereceiverfromoperatingnormally.
• Ifthe3Dglassesareaffectedbyotherinfrareddatacommunicationequipment,3Dimagesmaynotbedisplayedcorrectly.
Caution during viewing
• Donotusedevicesthatemitstrongelectromagneticwaves(suchascellularphonesorwirelesstransceivers)nearthe3D
glasses. Doing so may cause the 3D glasses to malfunction.
•
The3Dglassescannotoperatefullyatextremehighorlowtemperatures.Usethemwithinthespeciedusagetemperaturerange.
• Ifthe3Dglassesareusedinaroomwithuorescentlighting(50/60Hz),thelightwithintheroommayappeartoicker.Inthis
case, either darken or turn off the fluorescent lights when using the 3D glasses.
• Wearthe3Dglassescorrectly.3Dimageswillnotbecorrectlyvisibleifthe3Dglassesarewornupsidedownorback-to-front.
• Otherdisplays(suchascomputerscreens,digitalclocks,andcalculators)mayappeardarkanddifculttoviewwhilewearing
the 3D glasses. Do not wear the 3D glasses when watching anything other than 3D images.
• IfyoulieonyoursidewhilewatchingtheTVwith3Dglasses,thepicturemaylookdarkormaynotbevisible.
• BesuretostaywithintheviewingangleandoptimumTVviewingdistancewhenwatching3Dimages.Otherwise,youmaynot
be able to enjoy the full 3D effect.
• The3Dglassesmaynotworkproperlyifthereisanyother3DproductorelectronicdeviceturnedonneartheglassesorTV.If
thisoccurs,turnofftheother3Dproductorelectronicdeviceorkeepthedeviceasfarawayaspossiblefromthe3Dglasses.
• Stopusingthisproductinanyofthefollowingsituations:
– When images consistently appear doubled while you are wearing the 3D glasses.
–Whenyouhavedifcultlyperceivingthe3Deffect.
• Ifthe3Dglassesarefaultyordamaged,stopusingthemimmediately.Continueduseofthe3Dglassesmaycauseeye
fatigue, headaches and illness.
• Ifyouhaveanyabnormalskinreaction,stopusingthe3Dglasses.Inveryrareinstances,suchreactionsmaybeduetoan
allergic reaction to the coating or materials used.
• Ifyournoseortemplesbecomeredoryouexperienceanypainoritchiness,stopusingthe3Dglasses.Pressurecausedby
long periods of use may lead to such reactions and may result in skin irritation.
• YoumaynotbeabletouseseveralmenuitemswhileyouarewatchingtheTVin3Dmode.
• Youcannotusethe3Dfunctioninradioordatamode.
NOTE
• These3DglassesareonlyforusewithSHARPLCDTVssupporting3D.
Cautions regarding use in high and low temperature environments
• Whentheunitisusedinalowtemperaturespace(e.g.room,ofce),thepicturemayleavetrailsorappearslightlydelayed.
Thisisnotamalfunction,andtheunitwillrecoverwhenthetemperaturereturnstonormal.
• Donotleavetheunitinahotorcoldlocation.Also,donotleavetheunitinalocationexposedtodirectsunlightorneara
heater,asthismaycausethecabinettodeformandtheLCDpaneltomalfunction.
