2.3.2 Function of Each Board
CPU Unit, GC-2014
Central processor
Power Unit
This unit detects the temperature of the oven, detector, and injection port, and regulates
the temperature of each part by controlling the heater current. It also controls the CRG,
high speed cooling unit, and AOC power switching.
Controller for Detectors
This unit converts the detector signal readout to a digital value, and outputs the value to
the CPU unit.
PCB AUX TEMP
This auxiliary unit is used when there are not enough power unit temperature control
connectors.
PCB KEY ASSY, GC-2014
This unit receives the window display signal from the CPU unit, and outputs the signal to
the LCD. This unit also outputs the key signal input to the CPU.
PCB DET I/F GC-2014
This is the relay board for the power boards.
PCB FLOW I/F GC-2010
This is the relay board for the AFC, APC, and CPU unit.
