21 Troubleshooting
21.1 Common Problems and Solutions
◆ Charge the battery.
◆ Change a new battery.
◆ Connect MTP-200 to external
power supply.
External power supply
is not connected
Connect MTP-200 to external power
supply.
External power supply
is unplugged
Make sure external power supply is
well connected on both ends.
Battery dock cover is
not closed properly
Close the battery dock cover properly.
Screen backlight is
off, but power
indicator is on.
Press any key to exit power saving
mode.
Battery run out,
MTP-200 is off, power
indicator is off.
◆ Charge the battery.
◆ Change a new battery.
◆ Connect MTP-200 to external
power supply.
External keypad no
response
External keypad is not
recognized.
◆ Unplug the keypad and re-plug
◆ Power off MTP-200, plug keypad
and power on MTP-200 again.
External mouse no
response
External mouse is not
recognized.
◆ Unplug the mouse and re-plug
◆ Power off MTP-200, plug mouse
and power on MTP-200 again.
Brightness is not set
properly.
Restart MTP-200 and run the
application again.
Battery is not fully
charged.
◆ Charge the battery.
◆ Re-calibrate the battery.
