24.9 Restart 'Station'
WARNING
Activation of fire or smoke dampers
If fire or smoke dampers are connected to the FS720 via an input/output module,
they may be activated when the station is switched off or when the station or
detector line is restarted.
● If necessary, block the outputs temporarily [➙ 81] before switching off the
station or restarting the station/detector line.
The configuration of the '
Station
' remains the same.
There are the following ways in which to restart the ↑ 'Station':
● Via the menu on the display
● With the 'S32' button
Via the menu on the display
1. Press <MENU>.
a The PIN input dialog is displayed.
2. Enter a valid PIN and confirm with <ok>.
a The 'User successfully logged in' message is displayed.
a The main menu is displayed.
3. Select the 'Topology' > ↑ 'Hardware tree' > 'Station' menu items.
a The elements of the 'Station' are listed.
4. Select module 101 or module 102 'CPU (FCC2001/06)'.
5. Press the 'More Options' ↑ softkey and select 'Execute commands'.
6. Select the 'Reset module' command.
a The 'Station' shuts down.
a The 'Station' is switched off for several seconds.
a The 'Station' restarts.
