Replacing the fan
How to replace the fan:
1.
Remove all connectors at the front of the modules (X120, X121, X124).
2. Use a flat-bladed screwdriver to release all 7 snap hooks on the plastic enclosure for the
SIMOTION D410 (3 on the left, 3 on the right, one at the bottom).

3. Remove the plastic enclosure.
The fan is located underneath the module.
4. Release the fan connector at the bottom left-hand side. To do this, press the release and
the connector together gently and remove the connector.
1 Release the fan connector.
2 Remove the fan using the plastic lug.

5. Carefully remove the fan from the middle plastic lug.
6. Insert the new fan and reattach the connector.
