5.1.2 Procedure when commissioning
Commissioning steps
This
chapter describes the steps in configuring the plant and testing the configured stand-alone
drive and axis. The steps in commissioning are listed below in the order as recommended:
1. Configuring SINAMICS Integrated
The integrated drive SINAMICS Integrated can be configured in offline or online mode:
– For information on offline configuration, see Section Configuring the system in offline
mode (Page 81).
All components and their order number must be known for the offline configuration.
– For information on online configuration, see Section Performing an online
configuration (Page 93).
During online configuration, you can load all of the information from the connected
DRIVE-CLiQ components to your user project.
2. For information on testing a configured drive, see Section Testing the configured drive using
the drive control panel (Page 108).
3. For information on creating an axis, see Section Overview of SIMOTION Engineering
(Page 110).
4. For information on testing a configured axis, see Section Testing an axis with the axis
control panel (Page 118).
