Recording of interpolation points in the logger
Interpolation points are recorded on every change.
Changes can occur during operation in semi-automatic mode (SAM), for example when:
● The override changes
● The prelimit switch responds
● A new target is specified or the offset is changed (S_OFFS)
Recording of variables
The following variables are recorded by the logger:
● Control word trolley
● Status word 1 trolley
● Control word hoist
● Status word 1 hoist
● Control word 1 Common
● Control word 2 Common
● Error double word FAULT1
● Status word 1 common
● Status double word INFO_NO_AUTO_START
● Target positions
● Interpolation points
● Obstacles
● Override trolley and hoist
● Offset (S_OFFS) for trolley and hoist
● Intermediate targets S_Max during movement along the trajectory
● Factor for reduction of sway control
● Immersion point
● Number of the selected lane
● Switchover in the SIMOTION D4x5-2 DP/PN: STOP → RUN
