Brief description
DCC block DCC_SCTLS2 can be used to provide the trim, list and skew functions in different
operating modes as well as the skew-damping function.

Method of operation
The behavior of the spreader is influenced by the control signals generated by the block. The
block then outputs signals including output velocities.
