E74 Maximum values of internal physical variables reached
The error occurs if the variables in the mathematical calculation model exceed the following
limits:
psi_model -4000 4000 [cgr]
psip_model -2000 · 2pi · 5 -2000 · 2pi · 5 [cgr/s]
psi_ofs_model -4000 4000 [cgr]
In this case, the calculation model has oscillated uncontrollably and all movements must be
terminated.
Procedure in the event of an error
● Set the control bits "move," "move_SkA," and "AS_ON" to zero.
● You can use control bit "reset_mdl" to reset the mathematical calculation model only if error
E74 occurs.
Error bit: Error word 2, bit 5
Error type: Error
Remedy: 1. Eliminate the causes:
– Incorrect parameterization
– Erroneous input signals
– Control errors
(e.g. control bits spreader_bit0 and spreader_bit1)
2. Acknowledge the error with control bit reset_mdl
3. Check the skew drive
E75 Monitoring of the magnitude of the skew oscillation
The error is set if (|psi_modell|>P314) or (|psi_kam|>P314) applies. If the error is set, skew
damping must be deactivated via "AS_ON"=0.
The error is reset if the absolute values of the two angles stated above are below value P317
for duration P318.

E76 Error in parameterization of position limits TLS
The condition in Chapter TLS inching and go to zero positions (Page 356) was not considered
in the parameterization. Therefore only a procedure with mode_comm = 1 is possible.
