E81 Maximum position of cylinder A exceeded
Error E81 occurs if the actual position s_act_A assumes a value that is outside the interval
[P245-P249, P245+P249]. If this error occurs for at least one of the cylinders, all cylinders can
only be operated with mode_comm = 1.
Error bit: Error word 2, bit 11
Error type: Error
Remedy: Check the current position of cylinder A
E82 Maximum position of cylinder B exceeded
Error E82 occurs if the actual position s_act_B assumes a value that is outside the interval
[P246-P249, P246+P249]. If this error occurs for at least one of the cylinders, all cylinders can
only be operated with mode_comm = 1.
Error bit: Error word 2, bit 12
Error type: Error
Remedy: Check the current position of cylinder B
E83 Maximum position of cylinder C exceeded
Error E83 occurs if the actual position s_act_C assumes a value that is outside the interval
[P247-P249, P247+P249]. If this error occurs for at least one of the cylinders, all cylinders can
only be operated with mode_comm = 1.

E84 Maximum position of cylinder D exceeded
Error E84 occurs if the actual position s_act_D assumes a value that is outside the interval
[P248-P249, P248+P249]. If this error occurs for at least one of the cylinders, all cylinders can
only be operated with mode_comm = 1.
