Delays The time delays (Definite Time) entered at addresses , , and ,
allow the device to prioritize or order corrective actions based on the degree to which
the actual system frequency departs (upward or downward) from the nominal system
frequency.
Minimum Voltage The minimum voltage is set at address 9PLQ. If the positive sequence voltage
is less than this value, the frequency protection is blocked.
