Mehrmaliges Betätigen der Taste „TEST“ kurz nacheinander
bewirkt bei eingeschalteter LED abwechselndes Ein- und Ausschal-
ten des jeweiligen Ein- / Ausgangs.
Prüfen nur der LEDs
Bei mehrmaligem Betätigen der Taste „TEST“ mit einer Pause
dazwi
schen werden nur die LEDs einzeln nach einander einge-
schaltet. Nach der letzten LED werden alle LED eingeschaltet.
Abermaliges Betätigen der Taste „TEST“ startet den Test-Modus
v
on vorn und alle LEDs sowie Ein- / Ausgänge werden ausgeschal-
tet.
Test-Modus verlassen
Taste „TEST“ ca. 30 s nicht betätigen.
Sind alle LEDs eingeschaltet, wird der Test-Modus bereits nach ca.
4 s verlassen.
9.2.3.2 ZSI-Modul
Funktion
Die Kombination des Leistungsschalters mit einem ZSI-Modul (Zeit-
verzögerte Sel
ektivitäts-Steuerung) erlaubt es, in Schaltanlagen mit
mehreren Staffelebenen einen auftretenden Kurzschluss genau zu
lokalisieren.
Dazu werden alle Leistungsschalter über ihr ZSI-Modul miteinander
v
erbunden.
Im Kurzschlussfall fragt jeder vom Kurzschlussstrom durchflossene
Lei
stungsschalter die ihm direkt nachgeordneten Leistungsschalter
ab, ob der Kurzschluss auch in der nächsten untergeordneten Staf-
felebene auftritt. Es löst nur der, in Energieflussrichtung gesehen,
näch
stgelegene , dem Kurzschluß vorgeordnete Leistungsschalter
aus. Eine eingestellte Verzögerungszeit t
sd
für die Kurzschlussaus-
lösung größer als 50 ms wird außer Kraft gesetzt. Die Auslösung
erf
olgt frühestens nach 50 ms.

Es kann pro Leistungsschalter nur ein ZSI-Modul angeschlossen
w
erden.
Wird das ZSI-Modul zusammen mit anderen c-Mod
ulen
verwendet, muss das ZSI-Modul direkt an das COM15-Modul bzw.
den Handstecker X8 angeschlossen werden.
If the "TEST" button is pressed quickly and successively several

Testing LED's only
If the "TEST" button is pressed several times with pauses

n-between, the LED's are only switched on one after the other.
After the last LED, all LED's are switched on.
Repeated pushing of the "TEST" button starts the test mode again,

d all LED's as well as inputs/outputs will be switched off.
Quitting the test mode
Do not press the "TEST" button for about 30
sec..
If all LED's are on, the test mode will already be quitted after about

sec..
9.2.3.2 ZSI module
Function
If the circuit breaker is combined with a ZSI module, a short-circuit
occurring in systems with several grading levels can be localized
precisely.
For this purpose, all circuit breakers are interconnected through
t
heir ZSI modules.
In case of short-circuit, each circuit breaker affected by the
sh
ort-circuit current interrogates its downstream circuit breaker to
determine fault presence at this downstream level. In the direction
of the energy flow, only the circuit breaker nearest to the short-cir-
cuitin the upstream direction is tripped. A possible time delay setting
f
or the short-circuit tripping is deactivated. However, tripping will not
take place until 50 milliseconds later at the earliest.

Only one ZSI module can be connected per circuit breaker.
If the ZSI module is used together with other c-modules,

he ZSI module must be connected directly to the COM15 module
or the hand plug X8.
