Alternatively, where a large number of directories or files need to be selected, use the
All Dirs or All Files function. Stabbing on either of these boxes, not surprisingly,
selects all the directories or all the files in the currently selected directory (ie. the one in
the red bar at the top of the list). You may now deselect the directories/files you are
not interested in by stabbing on them in the ‘selected items’ list.
None deselects all current selections in the currently selected directory; Clear clears all
entries from the ‘selected items’ list. A count of the number of selected items is
displayed in the Got x/xx box.
To execute the function you have selected, hit the OK button on the front panel or stab
on the OK box; if the function requires a two stage process then the system will lead
you on to the next stage.
