9.3.3 Power
POWER %
The POWER represents the acoustic output power, it is identical to that in the B
mode.
Highlight POWER % and press the LEFT/RIGHT key to change the acoustic output
power.
Remarks:
• The current acoustic output power is shown at the M Mode Image Info area (the
PWR).
• Note that the PWR shown at the 2D Image Info area will not be updated until the
UPDATE key is pressed again.
9.3.4 Chroma
CHROMA
Similar to the chroma setting in the B mode, this function gives the effect of chang-
ing the M trace color.
The chroma value is adjustable in the real time mode as well as the freeze mode.
• highlight CHROMA in the context menu.
• use the LEFT/RIGHT keys to change the chroma value.
9.3.5 Video Invert
VIDEO INVERT
This function inverts the M trace display in relation to brightness. In the black/white
M trace display, black and white will be swapped upon setting Video Invert to On.
Highlight VIDEO INVERT and press the LEFT/RIGHT key to turn Off/On this function.
9.3.6 M Process
M PROCESS
This function changes the methods for detection processing for the M trace display.
Highlight M PROCESS and press the LEFT/RIGHT key to change the value to AVE
(average) or PEK (peak).
Remarks:
The current M PROCESS setting is shown at the M Mode Image Info area (the
MPR).
