6.3.2 Removing Gross Soils (After each use and weekly)
IMPORTANT! Prior to cleaning, ensure familiarity with Section 1, Safety Precautions and Pinch Points.
NOTE: Ensure protective covers are installed over receptacles.
1. Remove gross soil with a disposable cloth
2. Place used cloth in an appropriate biohazardous waste disposal container.
6.3.3 Cleaning Tabletop and Pads (After each use and weekly)
IMPORTANT! Prior to cleaning, ensure familiarity with Section 1, Safety Precautions and Pinch Points.
NOTE: Ensure protective covers are installed over receptacles.
1. Articulate tabletop to level and place at comfortable working height.
2. Gently "peel" pad away from tabletop fastening strips and place on another table or flat surface.
3. Hold can 6-8" (152-203 mm) from surface and spray cleaning fluid liberally on top and sides of pads or wipe
with a clean cloth dampened with cleaning solution. (It is recommended to clean only one pad at a time.)
Carefully avoid any pad seams.
4. Wipe dampened surfaces with a clean, lint-free cloth dampened with water to remove cleaning fluid
(dampening cloth minimizes streaking).
5. Wipe cleaned surfaces again with clean, damp, lint-free cloth to remove residue.
6. Wipe cleaned surfaces again with clean, dry, lint-free cloth to remove all moisture.
7. Repeat Steps 2 - 4 for other pads.
8. Repeat Steps 3-6 for tabletop surfaces exposed when pads are removed.
9. Thoroughly dry bottom of pads and tabletop surfaces.
10. Place pads back onto tabletop by aligning with sides of table and pressing into place on fastening strips.
6.3.4 Cleaning Lower Surfaces, Yoke, Shrouds and Base (After each use and weekly)
IMPORTANT! Prior to cleaning, ensure familiarity with Section 1, Safety Precautions and Pinch Points.
Use the following steps to clean surfaces on the underside of the table, yoke, shrouds and base. Before cleaning,
ensure all connectors are covered.
1. Raise table to maximum height to access lower surfaces.
2. Keep all connectors free of cleaning agents; ensure all connectors are covered.
3. Hold can of spray cleaning fluid 6-8" (152-203 mm) from surface of area to be cleaned.
4. Spray cleaning fluid liberally on area to be cleaned.
5. Wipe sprayed surfaces with a clean, lint-free cloth dampened with water to remove cleaning fluid. Note that
dampening the cloth minimizes streaking.
6. Wipe cleaned surfaces again with a clean, damp, lint-free cloth to remove residue.
