Measuring of end clearance
Put on magnetic holder with dial gauge, put dial
gauge caliper onto crankshaft end.
Move crankshaft in forward direction and set dial
gauge to zero.
Move crankshaft backwards and read measured
value.
Clearance should be between 0.07 and 0.25 mm.
