01.00.06 Replace engine mount and
engine bracket
ATTENTION: Slightly lift the engine by means of
suspension VR 00130/0 at lifting
shackles (ill.1/pos.1)
(approx. 3500 N).
Replace engine mount
1 Loosen hexagon nut (SW24), remove washer.
2 Loosen two setscrews (SW17) of engine mount,
remove engine mount.
NOTE: After assembly of the engine mount,
center the engine to correct axis
geometry of drive unit.
Replace engine bracket
1 For 4 cyl. engines
Loosen 7 allen head screws (SW6), remove bracket
and 7 washers.
NOTE: During assembly, secure allen head
screws with LOCTITE 243
(9000059/1) and tighten with a
torque of 23 +/- 2 Nm.
1 For 6 cyl. engines
Loosen 4 allen head screws (SW8), remove bracket
and 4 washers.
NOTE: During assembly, secure allen head
screws with LOCTITE 243
(9000059/1) and tighten with a torque
of 64 +/- 5 Nm.
