01.05.09 Replace valve adjusting element
Preparation: Disassemble retainer spring of
cam follower spring, 01.05.08
1 Unscrew valve adjusting element with hexagon
socket (SW21).
NOTE: Apply thread protection LOCTITE 243
to valve adjusting element and tighten
with a torque of 55 Nm +/-3.
NOTE: Adjust valves, refer to 01.01.02.
