05 COOLING SYSTEM
Raw water pump: (current version)
Preparation: Remove alternator V-belts.
1 Loosen screw (ill.5/pos.1).
Turn screw counter (ill.6/pos.1) clockwise to reduce
of tension V-belt.
2 Remove V-belt.
3 Assembly is done in reverse order.
4 Adjust V-belt tension; according 05.07.02
5 Tighten screw (ill.5/pos.1) with a
Torque of 23 N +/-2 to secure idler pulley bracket.
