Open
The Open menu contains the following options:
Open Worklist…: Click the menu item to open a Worklist file (XMLWL
file). Only one Worklist file can be open at a time.
Open Listmode…: This menu item is only displayed in Playlist mode.
Click the menu item to open one or more listmode files (LMD or FCS
files) and select the desired files to add them to the Playlist. The Playlist
item of the first added listmode file will be activated automatically in the
Playlist.
Open Workspace…: This menu item is only enabled if a listmode file of
a Playlist is open in the Workspace. Click the menu item to open a
Workspace file (XMLW file) and select the desired file to load it with the
currently open listmode file.
Open Playlist…: Click the menu item to open a Playlist file (XMLP file).
Only one Playlist file can be open at a time.
Open Compensation File…: This menu item is only enabled if a
compensable listmode file of a Playlist is open in the Workspace. Click
the menu item to open a compensation file (XMLC file) and select the
desired file to load it into the currently open Playlist item. If a new
compensation file is selected, this will replace the one currently loaded.
Only one compensation file can be opened at a time and compensation
is only available on high-resolution data files.
Save
In Worklist mode, the Save menu contains the following options:
Save Worklist: Click the menu item to save the current Worklist with the
current Worklist file name.
When saving a Worklist, Workspace file paths and file extensions (if
present) are removed and the Workspace files are saved within the
associated panel within the Worklist file. If there are multiple Workspace
files present within a panel with the same name, a unique identifier is
added to the Workspace file name to differentiate the Workspace files.
Save Worklist As…: Click the menu item to save the current Worklist
with a new file name and an XMLWL extension.
Save Workspace: Click the menu item to save the current Workspace
with the current Workspace file name. A Workspace includes plots,
regions, gates, colour precedence, selected statistics and displayed
parameters. The Workspace file is always saved with an XMLW
extension.
Save Workspace As…: Click the menu item to save an untitled
Workspace or the current Workspace with a new file name and an XMLW
extension.
