12.4.14 Plot Format tab
The Plot Format tab is only available when at least one plot is selected in the
Plots area of the Workspace (see chapter 12.8.1 Plots tab of the Workspace
on page 160).
The Plot Format tab contains controls to adjust the settings of selected plots
in the Plots area.
Plot Type group
The Plot Type group contains options to format dual parameter plots as
density plots, colour precedence plots or precedence density plots. For
information on the plot types, see chapter 12.8.1 Plots tab of the Workspace
on page 160.
The group also contains options for formatting single parameter plots as
histogram or cell cycle plots.
The Plot Type group contains the following options:
Density: Select one or more dual parameter plots and click the button to
display the selected plots as density plots. The dual parameter plots in
the Plots area are density plots by default.
Color Precedence: Select one or more dual parameter plots and click
the button to display the selected plots as colour precedence plots.
Precedence Density: Select one or more dual parameter plots and click
the button to display the selected plots as precedence density plots.
Histogram: Select one or more single parameter plots and click the
button to display the selected plots as histograms. The single parameter
plots in the Plots area are standard histogram plots by default.
Cell Cycle: Select one or more single parameter plots and click the
button to display the selected plots as DNA cell cycle plots (see chapter
DNA cell cycle plots on page 169). Each cell cycle is identified
numerically with the title "Cell Cycle #".
Reset Cell Cycle: The button is only enabled when a cell cycle plot is
selected. If the G1 and/or G2 markers have been manually adjusted,
clicking the Reset Cell Cycle button returns the markers to their
automatically calculated positions.
