Display Zoomed: If zoom levels are set for individual parameters, click
the button to select or deselect displaying those parameter zoom settings
in the Previews area. The default is to display parameters in the
Previews area zoomed. For details on setting parameter zoom values,
see chapter Scales Properties dialogue on page 81.
View group
The View group contains options for selecting the preview plot type.
The View group contains the following control:
Preview Plot Type: The dual parameter preview plots can be displayed
in a choice of three formats: as density plots, colour precedence plots or
precedence density plots (see chapter Types of plots on page 161).
Click the arrow to expand a drop-down list and select the desired preview
format. The three choices are mutually exclusive.
12.4.5 Parameters tab
The Parameters tab provides controls for selecting the parameters
displayed. The number of available parameters depends on the configuration
of your device.
Some files contain a large number of parameters. Each parameter may be
present with multiple signal types. To simplify parameter selection, the
software provides options to select parameters by signal type (area, height
and width) and further classifies parameters into "Scatter", "Fluorescence"
and "Other" groups based on the signal source. The software will
automatically assign parameters to these groups. If the classification is
incorrect, you can manually reclassify parameters in the Classification tab of
the Parameter Properties dialogue (see chapter Parameter Properties on
page 76).
Parameter Properties
The Parameter Properties dialogue provides the custom naming and
parameter classification functionality of the software. To open the dialogue,
click the Parameter Properties button or double-click the parameter name
area of a plot in the Plots area of the Workspace.
