fit, the printout of the matrix is cropped, and a corresponding message is
displayed at the end of printing.
Click the Size to Fit button to resize the Compensation Matrix dialogue
to fit the size of the current matrix. This is restricted by the screen size of
your monitor.
Clear Compensation: Click the button to clear the active compensation.
All coefficients in the currently active matrix will be reset to 0.00%. This
action will not clear the calculated compensation matrix stored in
memory. The button is only enabled when a compensable listmode file is
open in the Workspace.
Load Compensation From Headers: Click the button to retrieve the
compensation matrix from the current LMD file headers and apply it as
the active compensation matrix. The button is only enabled when a
compensable LMD file is loaded in the Workspace.
Display Calculated Compensation: The button is only enabled when a
compensation setup panel is active and acquisition is not in progress.
Click the button to display the calculated compensation matrix.
12.4.7 Statistics tab
The Statistics tab provides controls for selecting which statistic is displayed
on each plot in the Plots area and which statistic is presented in the
associated results table in the Workspace.
The Statistics tab behaves differently depending on which tab in the
Workspace area is selected:
When in the Plots tab of the Workspace, only one statistic can be
selected at any time. The currently selected statistic is displayed adjacent
to the region for all regions on all plots in the Plots area. If you select a
new statistic, the previously selected one is automatically cleared. By
default, the %Gated statistic is displayed on plots. The controls in the
General group and the DNA Statistics group are disabled as these
statistics cannot be displayed on plots.
When in the Results tab of the Workspace, any number of statistics can
be selected and the statistical values for the selected statistics are
displayed in the results table. For details of the display of statistics in the
Results tab, see chapter 12.8.2 Results tab of the Workspace on
page 171.
When in the Reports tab of the Workspace, the Statistics tab is only
enabled when a Stats Box is selected. Statistical values for the selected
statistics are displayed in the Stats Box.
