CAUTION
1. Install the reel (2) into the frame (1), positioning the
longer end on the reel shaft (3) toward the chain
case.
2. Install the right frame. (See “Right Frame” on
page 5-17.)

3. Install the reel bearing (4) on the left (drive) side of
the reel shaft (7).
4. Install the collar (6) on the reel shaft (7) and secure
using a pin (5).
5. Install the drive chains. (See “Drive Chains” on
page 5-9.)
6. Adjust the reel bearing pre-load. (See “Reel Bearing
Pre-Load Adjustment” on page 8-15.)
