Calibrate CO
The Calibrate CO screen is used to adjust the CO span concentration while
sampling span gas of known concentration. The first line of the display shows the
current CO concentration reading. The second line of the display shows the
current CO range. The third line of the display is where the CO calibration gas
concentration is entered.
The CO span coefficient is calculated, stored, and used to correct the current CO
reading. For more information about calibration, see Chapter 4, “Calibration.”
To display the Calibrate CO screen:
From the Main Menu choose Calibration
From the Calibration menu choose Calibrate CO
To use the Calibrate CO screen:
Use the
↑
and
↓
pushbuttons to increment/decrement each digit
Use the
←
and
→
pushbuttons to move the cursor left and right
Press
ENTER
to calibrate the CO reading to the CO calibration gas
Press
MENU
to return to the Calibration menu
Press
RUN
to return to the Run screen
