 Display Format depends on AFS/Decimal setting except for I-CALL ID.
 Use Decimal format when I-CALL is needed.
 I-CALL format is always shown in Decimal Format regardless of AFS setting.
 AFS format cannot support I-CALL ID format.
 Display Format is also valid in remote command input.
