6) Click the Soft Calib tab and type [SPM_ARCT]. Then click Send to initiate the system
into CT mode.
7) When the equipment stops operating, type [SPM_CSON] and click Send to supply
power to the CT Sensor.
8) Click the Soft Calib tab, wait 20 seconds and click Dark to achieve the Dark Calibration data
file.
9) Select 184x686d.raw and click V to open View16.
