Portable Breakout System
PORTABLE BREAKOUT SYSTEM INTENDED USE
The Vermeer Portable Breakout system is a compact powerful breakout system with a hydraulic pump. This
system provides a convenient method to loosen or tighten a threaded connection. In addition, the shorter length
of breakout tools provides an inherent safety benefit compared to longer tools. Longer breakout tools are more
likely to strike and injure workers if improper work practices result in unexpected drill rod rotation. There are
three models of the Vermeer Portable Breakout system:
