Use Front Vise Clamp Button (1) to clamp lower drill rod at the joint and turn drilling fluid OFF.
Use Front Vise Release Button (2) to OPEN front vise.
Use Rear Rod Vise/Rotation Button (3) to clamp, release, or rotate upper drill rod. Rotate rear rod
vise to break joint between the upper rod and downhole rod.
