isswitchedoneverytimetheheater
isswitchedon,howevernotduring
beveragedispensingorwhensupplying
thesteamboiler.Thetemperatureis
measuredwithanNTCresistor.
Thehotwaterboilerisprotectedby
thefollowingsafetysystemsagainst
overheatingandbursting:
• Thetemperaturesensorswitchesthe
heateronandoffdependingupon
thewatertemperature
• Thesafetythermostatinterrupts
theheatingcircuitifthesurface
temperatureofthehotwaterboiler
exceeds130°C.
• Thesafetyvalveopensat16barand
ventsanyexcesspressure
Bothheatingelements(hotwaterandsteamboiler)disableeachother.Ifthereis
achangeinheatingcontrol,thereisapause(icker).Thehotwaterboilerisinsulated
sothataslittleheatenergyaspossibleislost.
