2/5.1.2 Automatic milk and milk foam dispensing
After the cappuccino valve opens, an underpressure is created by asteam stream
through the steam nozzle. This sucks in the milk. In the milk foamer, the steam-air
mixture is combined in the milk, which heats and foams the milk.
Without additional air (All-in-One spout at top position for WMF800, 900, and
1000S), milk is heated and dispensed.

Technician instructions
The instructions in the User Manual about dealing with the milk system must be
observed.
The milk intake hose is designed for the use of aprovided cooler.
