16bar(openingpressureforthesafetyvalve).
Thereleasevalveisopenedwhenheatinginordertodischargeexcesswater.
Theoscillatingpumpisconnectedforalldispensingoperationsfromtheboiler
(brewing,hotwaterdispensing,steamdispensing).
