17-310 Communication Error (Main PWB to Wireless PWB)

The machine software has detected a communication error between the Main PWB and the
W
ireless PWB.
Initial Actions
• Switch off, then switch on the machine.
• Check machine network and data configuration settings.
Procedure
1. Ensure that the connectors are fully seated between the Main PWB, PL 1.1 Item 7, and
the WiFi PWB, PL 1.1 Item 8.
2. If the problem persists, replace parts in the following order:
•WiFi PWB, PL
1.1 Item 8.
• Main PWB, PL 1.1 Item 7.

Error RAP
The auto-registration process failed to communicate.
Procedure
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Ensure that the Xerox SMart eSolutions settings are correct.
2. Check the network cable and connection.
3. Check that the machine IP address is correct.
