If the SYS or PWR LED on your ZyXEL Communications Network Router does not turn on, ensure the power wires are properly connected to the power supply and that the power supply is operating normally. Verify you are using the correct power source. For IES-1248-51A, ensure the power cord properly connects the device’s power socket to an appropriate power outlet and you are using the correct power source. Also, make sure the fuse is not burnt-out, and replace it if necessary. If the issue persists, the LED itself or the unit may be faulty.
