3. Print Checks with a Zero This controls whether or not you wish to allow checks
Total (Y/N) with a zero total to print:
Y = Print checks with a zero total.
N = Do not allow zero total checks. A message will
appear when you select
PRINT CHECKS indicating that
zero total amounts appear on the To Be Paid report
and you cannot print checks until they have been de-
selected or “paid” by handcheck.
4 Spell Dollar Amount on This controls whether or not you wish to print the
Checks (Y/N) dollar amount on each check:
Y = The computer will spell out the check amount on A/P
checks.
N = The computer will not spell out the check amount.
