7.1 Specifications
Unless otherwise specified, the measurement accuracy of this instrument is guaranteed for one year under
the following conditions: Temperature; 23 5C, relative humidity; 85% or less (75% or less in a resistance
measurement of larger than 20 M and low power resistance measurement of larger than 2 M)
