Failed calibration
If a failure occurs within the same standard group, the
calibration fails and an error message appears.

Replicate failed
If a calibration test fails or is canceled, the instrument
maintains the last successful calibration data.
3.3 Canceling calibration
You can cancel the calibration at any time by pressing
EXIT. The last successful calibration data remains.
3.4 Aligning the turntable
Do not align the motors unless an alignment issue
occurs.
1. From SETTINGS, press ALIGNMENT > Turntable.
2. Press START
The turntable motor turns o.
3. Use the arrows to center the turntable as the sample
probe lowers into the wipe position.
4. Press the arrows to move the probe up or down to
make sure the sample probe is in the correct
position.
NOTE: Do not lower the sample probe more than
necessary.
5. Select the number of steps to adjust how far the
probe moves
6. Lightly grasp the turntable and gently try to rotate
the turntable.
If it does not rotate, the alignment is correct.
7. Press LEARN.
The sample probe and turntable return to home
positions.
NOTE: Once you press LEARN, your instrument
requires calibration. You cannot run a
sample test until you have calibrated the
instrument.
