Specifies a time delay value for the curve fit operation.
Command Syntax: CALCulate[1|2|3|4]:CFIT:TDELay {<number>[<unit>]}|<step>|

<number> ::= a real number (NRf data)
limits: -100:100
<unit> ::= [S]
<step> ::= UP|DOWN
<bound> ::= MAX|MIN
