Turns the limit-fail beeper on and off.

Description:
The limit-fail beeper emits an audible tone when all of the following conditions are met:
CALC:LIM:BEEP is ON.
CALC:LIM:STAT is ON.
The trace falls outside its current limits.
You can use CALC:LIM:LOW:SEGM and CALC:LIM:UPP:SEGM or CALC:LIM:LOW:TRAC and
CALC:LIM:UPP:TRAC to define a trace’s current limits via the GPIB.
If a trace specifier is not used, the command defaults to trace A.
