Description:
This command specifies the phase-smoothing aperture used with the CALC:FORMat GPDElay
command. The greater the aperture value, the greater the smoothing effect on the displayed data.
The aperture value is specified as a percentage. It is the ratio of the desired aperture span to the measured
frequency span. The analyzer rounds the aperture value to the nearest frequency bin which is dependent
upon the number of lines of resolution set with the SENSE:FREQUENCY:RESOLUTION command.
See table 6-3 for the step size of aperture values in relation to the analyzer’s resolution.
