CALCulate[1|2|3|4]:CFIT:FSCale command/query
Specifies the frequency scaling used in the curve fit operation.
Command Syntax: CALCulate[1|2|3|4]:CFIT:FSCale <number>|<step>|<bound>
<number> ::= a real number (NRf data)
limits: 1e-6:1e6
<step> ::= UP|DOWN
<bound> ::= MAX|MIN
