2 Move to the Analysis Screen.
3 Insert a floppy disk in the diskette drive of your Agilent 8164A Lightwave
Measurement System.
4 Press [Menu].
5 Move to one of the following options:
– <Save Ascii File>, the data will be saved in Ascii-text format, that can be
opened by all text editors.
– <Save CSV File>, the data will be saved in CSV format, that can be opened
by Microsoft Excel.
6 Press Enter.The File Name Editor, as shown in Figure 147, appears.
7 If you wish to change the suggested file name, use the on-screen keyboard to
modify the name.
8 Press [OK] to save the data to diskette using the displayed file name.
