21. Press the Back soft key and then the Peak Search soft key.
22. Record the marker frequency value into Table A-12, “Spectrum Analyzer Frequency Accuracy”
on page A-7 for MS2036C, into Table A-33, “Spectrum Analyzer Frequency Accuracy” on page A-18 for
MS2037C or into Table A-57, “Spectrum Analyzer Frequency Accuracy” on page A-31 for MS2038C in
Appendix A.
23. Verify that the value is 1GHz±1.3kHz(±1.3ppm).
24. Set the MS3692X output to 7 GHz CW.
25. On the MS203xC VNA Master, press the Freq hard key and then the Center Freq soft key.
26. Enter 7 and then press the GHz soft key to set Center Frequency to 7 GHz.
27. Press the Marker hard key and then Peak Search soft key.
28. Record the marker frequency value into Table A-12 for MS2036C, into Table A-33 for MS2037C or into
Table A-57 for MS2038C in Appendix A.
29. Verify that the value is 7GHz±9.1kHz(±1.3ppm).
