STEPS REFERENCES
1 Stop the i2000SR IM. Refer to the “Operations Manual – SECTION 5 –
Operating Instructions” chapter to stop the
i2000SR IM in standalone or Workcell controlled
mode.
2 Remove the screw in the Center Rail
[2]
Remove the Hinge Mount (P/N
203621) and two front covers by
removing the four (4) countersink
screws [1].
3 Remove the center cover by
loosening the four (4) ¼ turn screws.
4 At the i2000SR SCC, perform the
1155 Probe Straightness Test to
ensure that the probe is straight.
Diagnostics, Pipettors, 1155 Probe
Straightness Test.
