of the i2000SR IM, ensure that there is an additional length
of air supply tubing.

1. At the IOM, open the
rear cover.
2. At the left end,
locate the Input Output
Robot Z axis pressure
regulator.
3. At the side port,
follow the tubing to the TEE
fitting.
4. Disconnect the “To
Robot Z-axis” [B] tubing.
5. At the Regulator side
fitting, disconnect the
tubing and connect the “To
Robot Z-axis [B]
6. Remove and discard
the TEE fitting.
7. Using tape, label the
“To Festo Sensor on
Pneumatic Panel” [D] as
“Not Used”.
• At the site air supply, turn ON the air valve.
