1. Balance shaft gear and driving gear
1) Installment
¡¤Semicircle key
¡¤Driving gear of balance shaft
¡¤Circlip
2) Installment:
¡¤Balance shaft gear(be driven)
¡¤Flat key
The mark of driving gear should align with the
mark of driven gear.
Caution
Use the gear puller.
Caution
3) Installment:
¡¤Locking washer
¡¤Nut (Dirven gear)
¡¤Be sure to use new locking washer.
¡¤Install the locking washer locating plate in-
side the key groove of balance shaft.
Caution
4) Tighten up:
¡¤Nut (Driven gear)
Place a fold cloth between the balance shaft gear
and the gear of driving gear so as to avoid turn-
ing of shaft, then tighten up the nut.
5) Bend the locking plate of locking washer.
